سياسة الاستخدام والضمان

جميع المنتجات والخدمات المباعة في المتجر هي منتجات رقمية (اشتراكات، حسابات، أو مفاتيح تفعيل). بمجرد تسليم المنتج أو كود التفعيل للعميل، لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب أو إرجاعه نهائياً.

يتم الدفع حصرياً عبر قنوات الدفع المحلية المعتمدة (CliQ أو Zain Cash). يتوجب على العميل رفع صورة واضحة لإيصال التحويل (Screenshot).

تتم مراجعة الإيصال وتفعيل الاشتراك خلال فترة تتراوح من 10 دقائق إلى 24 ساعة كحد أقصى.

• جميع الاشتراكات مكفولة طوال فترة الاشتراك المحددة في تفاصيل المنتج.
• في حال حدوث أي خلل تقني في الحساب أو الكود، يتوجب على العميل التواصل مع الدعم الفني فوراً.
• يتم حل المشكلة أو استبدال الحساب بحساب آخر جديد خلال 48 ساعة من الإبلاغ.
• لا يشمل الضمان سوء الاستخدام، أو تغيير إعدادات الحساب الأساسية (مثل كلمة المرور أو الإيميل) في الحسابات المشتركة.

المتجر غير مسؤول عن أي حظر أو تقييد يقع على حساب العميل الشخصي نتيجة مخالفة شروط استخدام الشركة الأم (مثل قوانين Microsoft أو Adobe أو Canva).

All products sold are digital goods (subscriptions, accounts, or activation keys). Once the product or activation link is delivered, the order is strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

Payments are processed through local methods (CliQ / Zain Cash). Customers must upload a clear screenshot of the transfer receipt. Orders are reviewed and activated within 10 minutes to 24 hours.

• All subscriptions are fully covered by a warranty for the entire duration of the purchased period.
• In case of any technical issues, the customer must contact support immediately.
• We will fix the issue or provide a replacement account within 48 hours.
• Warranty is voided if the customer misuses the account or changes basic settings (like emails or passwords) on shared accounts.

Al3almi Store is not liable for any bans or restrictions imposed by the parent companies (e.g., Adobe, Microsoft, Canva) due to a violation of their respective terms of service.
